It is a pleasure to introduce Gal Fest Canada Ltd

Our story began in the Greater Toronto Area, where we organized and supported dozens of cultural, artistic, entertainment and community events. These included concerts, cultural evenings, seminars, conferences, community gatherings and major festival programs.

Over the years, our events and productions took place at many well-known venues across the GTA, including Golden Lion Restaurant & King's Garden Hall, Ukrainian Culture Centre on Christie Street, Trembita, Big Bob, The Guvernment & Kool Haus, Palazzo, The Docks, and many other locations.

Our cultural work has included projects such as the Golden Maple Festival, Sorochynski Fair, OM Festival, Toronto Jazz Festival, Roncesvalles Polish Festival, Toronto Wine & Spirit Festival, Praha Ukr Fest and JarmaRock FEST, together with many other cultural, artistic, charitable and community initiatives.

From 2003 to 2014, in cooperation with Gal Sound Ltd., we provided comprehensive event and technical support to a wide range of respected Canadian and international organizations.
Included the Joy Smith Foundation, Ukrainian World Congress, World Federation of Ukrainian Women's Organizations, Conference of Ukrainian Statehood Organizations of Canada (KUDOK), League of Ukrainians of Canada, League of Ukrainian Women of Canada, Guardian Angels Ukraine, and numerous Canadian community, charitable and cultural organizations.
We have also worked with the Consulate General of Ukraine in Canada and the Consulate General of Poland in Canada.
These partnerships allowed us to work at the intersection of culture, community, public events and international cooperation, while building long-term professional relationships across Canada and abroad.

Gal Fest Canada has also had the opportunity to contribute to important public events.
In 2008, we provided technical support for the official visit of the President of Ukraine, Viktor Yushchenko, to Toronto.

Official ceremonies, concerts, cultural programs, conferences, charitable events and other major public gatherings.
In 2020, Gal Fest Canada Ltd and Promotions UA Inc joined together as one organization.
This was an important step that strengthened our ability to develop cultural, artistic, community, charitable and international projects and to continue the work established over the previous years.
Throughout our history, we have worked to present and promote Ukrainian and Canadian culture in Canada and internationally.

In 2024, we reached another important stage in this work with the first international family festival “Rodyna”,
held in Val-des-Monts, Quebec, as part of the Ottawa Weekend Fest project.

The festival was organized in cooperation with Ottawa Easy Event and under the patronage of Ukraine’s Ministry of Culture and Information Policy.
The project also launched the first multi-genre international singing festival and competition for emerging performers, creating an opportunity for young artists and performers to present their talent, gain experience and connect with a wider international audience.

We are proud that our long-standing professional and cultural work was also recognized in 2024, when the Director of the organization was awarded the Honoured Art Worker of Ukraine in recognition of many years of contribution to culture, international cooperation and public service.

Gal Fest Canada organizes and supports festivals, concerts, official events, international cultural projects, charitable initiatives, community programs and corporate events.

We support projects from the initial concept and planning through partnerships, administration, legal and technical support, production and practical implementation.

Our goal is to create projects that have lasting cultural and community value — projects that connect people, support creativity, encourage cultural exchange, and strengthen relationships between Canada, Ukraine and Europe.

We believe that culture can do something that politics and business alone cannot always achieve: it can bring people together on a human level.
It can open a conversation, create understanding, preserve heritage and build relationships that last beyond a single event.
Our story continues — through culture, through partnership and through people.

Stay with Ukraine.
